How we collect and use information

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

Details may be passed on it the event that you are the winner of a giveaway hosted on the site, and you permission will be sought before this happens via email. Any required information (such as address or email address) will only be passed on to the bran for which we are hosting the giveaway. Pears and Chocolate Sauce is not responsible for your details held by the brand once they have been passed on.

I will notify you as soon as I can reasonably do so and I have been notified by the third party.
